In this episode, I talk with conductor Lee Mills, the Music Director of the Greenville Symphony (SC) and Executive Director of the Palm Springs Friends of Philharmonic, about how he values authenticity in orchestral music. This value of authenticity drives his selection of both new and older orchestral music for programming. We also talk about how Lee wishes to connect people emotionally in orchestral performances and how he does that through his selection of repertoire.
